The area on which the Rançonnière farm is located is made up of flowery gardens and maintained with passion to offer our hosts a small corner of our beautiful Norman countryside.
Our gardener is a real artist who composes in each massif, each planter, a real painting. The gardens are built to evolve at the sandstone of the seasons and suggest wonder with more than 365 species of trees, plants and flowers.
The vegetation, skillfully mixed with the old stones of the different buildings, invites contemplation and daydreaming.
Our ambition is to take you on a journey simply by strolling through the alleys of the estate. The proximity of the sea gives the air a subtly iodized taste which will awaken your senses and allow you to deeply recharge your batteries.
Discover the farm animals
Several years after the poultry leaves and the closure of the farm farm, a mini farm returns to La Rançonnière!
Thus seven rabbits as naughty as it is malicious and three pretty curious hens share a large corner of greenery just for them.
They respond to the sweet names of Queen, Gipsy, Rainbow or Chewing Gum!
Do not hesitate to give them a little visit, they love to take themselves for the mascots of the place and will not fail to make young and old smile!
Relax on one of our terraces
La Rançonnière farm has several terraces open as soon as the weather becomes milder.
The two restaurant rooms, the Great Room and the Arcade room, each have their own terrace, giving you the opportunity to have lunch or dinner on the terrace.
During the balmy summer mornings you can also enjoy having your breakfast outside, or even the rest of the year if you like to have your coffee in the fresh air.
The hotel Bar also has its terrace, which overlooks a pretty wooded park and the wine press. You can enjoy relaxing overlooking the fields, lulled by the scent of the fragrant rose bushes that line the paths.
